About Port Lympne Reserve

Port Lympne is one of the largest wild animal parks in the UK and is home to bears, rhino, giraffes, gorillas, lions and tigers, and a dinosaur forest with the largest collection of life-sized dinosaurs in Europe.

Set in over 600 acres of stunning Kent countryside, conservation is key at award-winning Port Lympne, which works with The Aspinall Foundation on amazing international conservation work.

The Park is  home to the UK’s most authentic safari experience. You board the safari truck at the Basecamp Café and begin your journey in South America to see Kent’s only pair of spectacled bears – Oberon and Rina – along with capybara, coatimundi and grazing vicugna.
