The Disney Magic cruise ship is coming back to the UK this year.
She will be visiting as part of a 12-night British Isles cruise which includes stops to Liverpool, Newcastle, Hebrides and Kirkwall in the Orkneys,
Disney Magic is one of the Disney fleet of luxury cruise ships – others include Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy and Disney Wonder.
Passengers are entertained with live shows in the Walt Disney Theatre to fireworks at sea, Aquadunk, MARVEL Avengers Academy, a chance to watch the latest Disney films, and meet some of kids’ Disney favourite characters.
When can I see the ship?
Liverpool – Disney Magic will be at the Liverpool Cruise Liner Terminal on Friday, July 14. She is due to arrive in Liverpool at 8am and depart at around 6.45pm. Last year there were a host of Disney-related events to entertain the crowds that came down to the riverfront. The city is also currently looking at options for an after-school family-friendly event on July 14.
Newcastle – The stunning ship will arrive at the Port of Tyne on July 19 for one night during its British Isles tour. It will leave Dover on July 9, before travelling to Le Havre in France, Peter Port in Guernsey, Dublin, Liverpool, Greenock, the Hebrides, Kirkwall, Invergordon, Newcastle (Port of Tyne), and returning to Dover 12 days later.
Will I be able to get onboard?
If you are on the cruise then yes – otherwise sadly not, you will can only to see the ship from dry land.
