Do You Need To Renew Your British Passport TODAY In Case Of A No-Deal Brexit?

Holidaymakers should think about renewing their passports today to guarantee travel in the event of a no-deal Brexit.

Apparently if there’s a no deal, you’ll need at least six months left on your passport from your date of arrival in any European Union (EU) country.

The Passport office takes around 3 weeks to renew a passport but travellers with 15 months left on their passports still need to renew as if it expires, up to nine months from the old travel document can be added to your new one- these nine months will NOT count if there is a no-deal Brexit.

About 3.5 million Brits have been urged to renew their documents today incase of a no deal!

If you are travelling in the EU soon, it’s worth checking your passport today.
