we stayed 3 nights in this lovely place. our room was upgraded to a suite in the castle tower with a wonderful view on every side of the castle . bathing in the outside thermal pools was havenly . the food was amazing , same excellent quality at breakfast , main restaurant , pool restaurant and Michelin star restaurant . The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything , big thanks to the wine waiter from Sicily and the wine maker for the nice lesson in wine making and tasting .we will definitely be back !

Fabolous location nested over a perfect position that dominates Val D'Orcia surroundings. The staff was super kind and accomplished all the requests we had. Rooms are quiet, charming, and modern with a lovely art sense. Olispa is a perfect mix of essential and luxury aligned with the uncontaminated nature of the area.
