About Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Blackpool Pleasure Beach is Blackpool’s iconic theme park was founded in 1896, and it is one of the most-visited tourist attractions in England.
The theme park is home to many famous roller coasters, rides, theatre shows and eateries, and is a complex which has all you need for a great day out with the family.
Featuring a host of iconic rides for kids and big kids alike, the adrenaline-filled rides like the Grand National, the world-famous Big Dipper and The Big One are musts for thrill seekers, while the special, 6-acre Nickelodeon Land is a great place for younger thrill-seekers to have fun.

The Pleasure Beach is home to the UK’s tallest rollercoaster, The Big One, the UK’s first looping rollercoaster, Revolution and UK’s first suspended looping rollercoaster totally over water, Infusion. Icon is the Pleasure Beaches’ newest rollercoaster and the UK’s first double launch coaster interacting with 5 different rides.

The park’s newest attraction is The Red Arrow Skyforce takes you on a 360-degree tour of the skies, allowing you to take control of your very own plane.
Opening Spring 2018, ride ICON the UK’s first double launch coaster, featuring 15 interactions involving five different rides.
A double launch will see thrill seekers propelled forward at high speed not only at the start of the ride, but also at a second point half way through the two and a half minute experience.

Parking facilities for disabled guests are available at all car parks. Car parking charges apply. There are no parking facilities for caravans and mobile homes.

Opening Times

July and August the park is open from 10am. Rides start to close from 6pm – 7pm (10pm on selected Saturdays).
