Enjoy a moonlit dip in the hot tub or a luxurious dip in the elegant freestanding bath. Awaken to the dawn chorus and swing open the door to watch the sunrise from the bed. Enjoy the evening cooking in our newly built BBQ lodge, or simply light a fire and relax.
The space
Treetops is a relaxing and romantic space. Guests have exclusive use of an enclosed and entirely private hot tub area. Guest can also enjoy the balcony, which overlooks a spacious garden area with large fish pond and gazebo. Enjoying the outdoor space is not solely limited to the daytime as outdoor lighting around the pond and gazeebo, enables guests to enjoy the beauty of Treetops by night.
Guests also have use of our newly built BBQ lodge, complete with throws and cushions for a cozy evening in. With access to a cold water outside sink/dish washing area if guests choose to cook in the BBQ lodge. In addition to a small mini fridge located in Treetops the BBQ lodge has it’s own appropriately sized 42L fridge. This is approximately 50cm by 50cm and comes with a small ice compartment, excellent for gin and tonic’s by the fire. We also provide plates and utensils to enable cooking within the BBQ lodge.
Guest access
Guests have use of the garden up to (not beyond) the row of bushes which divide the garden just beyond the gazebo; as visible in the listing pictures.
The neighbouring house is rented as a holiday let year round (Visible in photos). Guests staying at the main house will have use of the garden up to the bushes from their side of the garden not beyond. For that reason we ensure guests staying in the main house are typically groups without children under 12yrs old to ensure the boundary line; the row of bushes, is respected. Some families may have dogs and have been strictly informed to not allow them beyond the boundary line.
Guests of Treetops have private use of the hot tub and BBQ lodge also.
